 The Ancient Altar Ruins are found within the [[East Barrens]] of the [[Gerudo Desert (Tears of the Kingdom)|Gerudo Desert]]. There are 12 different sink holes in the East Barrens that all lead down into the ruins. There are a variety of enemies within the ruins, including [[Gibdo]]s, [[Moth Gibdo]]s, and a number of electric based enemies.

 out of the 12 sink holes are accessible while underground, except for the one in the middle, within a small room. From the desert, fall down this sink hole to find a treasure chest which contains the [[Phantom Greaves]]. There is also a treasure chest here that contains a [[Topaz]] gem.
