Once Link has arrived, the king gives him a Golden [[Kinstone]] piece, which is required to open the "source of the flow", a stone door in [[Veil Falls]]. Link can then catch an updraft to the [[Cloud Tops]], where he can proceed to obtain the [[Elements (The Minish Cap)#Wind Element|Wind Element]].
