Deity: Difference between revisions

The [[Great Deku Tree]], as seen in Wind Waker and [[Ocarina of Time]], is seen by most as a deity. He guides the [[Kokiri]], and in Ocarina of Time is the keeper of the [[Kokiri's Emerald]]. He also appears to possess much knowledge, as he tells Link of the [[Golden Goddesses]]. His power pales in comparison to [[Ganondorf]]'s, however, as the latter was able to kill him with a curse. The Deku Tree is reborn, however, by the Deku Tree Aprout, who gains all of the Great Deku Tree's knowledge. Therefore, the Deku Tree is semi-immortal.
