My opinion of the motion controls varied from what I was doing. Swordsplay and aiming, yeah, it was really cool since you could specifically point at where you wanted to aim and how you wanted to slice.
However, the thing I very much dislike would have to be the bombs and the beetle. The bombs are a pain to roll and throw because you have to be very specific with the controller, and not do a nice, friendly rolling motion that you could do in Wii Sports bowling. As for the Beetle, you may be wondering: why would you hate the beetle? My answer is that the aiming isn't bad to start it off (since you can reset the controller), but once it's flying, sometimes the controls can get off, and you can't take them back until you land back with Link.
There are a few things about the swordsplay that I don't appreciate, though. One thing is that if you do a very quick motion and then try to do so with a different angle, it may register a completely different angle than what you may have put in. My biggest rival with the game, though, would have to be the sword thrust. I can never get that to work. >.<
Aside from those complaints, though, I do applaude the controls and want to see what could be possible when the WiiU comes out this winter, since we already have a bit of a hint with it with the NintendoLand demo.
