Something That Bothers Me About Legend of Zelda Games.....

I had a dream sort of like this when I was really into OoT as a kid. I was riding around Hyrule field at night and it was just like in the intro/title screen - everything was serene and the drawbridge into the castle/market was up and the darkness was gone from the land. Until I actually beat the game I could have sworn that a playable, post-ganon hyrule was actually a thing.

I mean, it's something like that... it was a long time ago and I can't remember specifically how it all added together but it did

I have always hated that and in OoT, when you talk to the soldier. then he dies. if you DON'T talk to till' after you defeat ganon, he still says "go to the temple of time" then dies. or is that just a glitch i found in my version?
