In my opinion the "REP System" should be tooken away or at least make it to the point where only people with a certain amount of post should be able to give and take off Rep Points!

Whats your thoughts on this?

You missed the whole agrument about the rep system. It stayed. There were a bunch a posts, and mases made a thread to keep it and not moderate it, or to keep it.

Didn't I already answer this one?
We recently had a discussion on this and we gave the community a chance to vote for their views on the reputation system. The final decision was to keep the reputation system. If you make good posts you will receive positive reputation. Bad posts will earn the opposite. Users with little amount of reputation points do not impact a user's reputation that much, and negative reputation only takes away half as many points as positive reputation gives. The purpose of the reputation system is to encourage users to post better. Currently the reputation system is working fine and should not be viewed as a standing among your fellow forum members. If you wish, you can disable the

below your name when you post by clicking Settings in the top right and going to General Settings > Disable Reputation near the top of the page. Also note that reputation is not moderated, but it is monitored. If a user is abusing the reputation system we will know and proper action will be taken against that user to prevent further incidents in the future.

Please view our thread on the reputation system for more information.
