QUESTION: Why are you guys rating the same people over and over again? If you notice someone that you've already rated, don't rate. Wait until someone you have yet to rate shows up, then rate them. Simple...

The only time you should rate someone again is if they've changed their siggy, in which case you should wait a day at the very least before rating them again. You also have the option of not listening to me...
