Have You Ever "Caught Them All"

I know that it is only possible to legitimately catch them all in Generations I & II so i'm wondering if anybody has ever caught them all in Generations 1 or 2?

I did i went to the event and got mew in Gen 1 then was so mad when i found out all you got was a silly piece of papaer ARGH!!!!! lol

There's actually a glitch in Red and Blue that allow you to catch a Mew on the Nugget Bridge. Now I have a Mew in my old Red

I have never been able to literally "catch'em all". Personally, I feel catching all 100-200+ Pokémon in Generations I - II seems rather tedious, and a task I'm never really up for. I lost hope as soon as the Pokémon count reached 600+ in Generation V...

I caught them all on Fire Red except for Mew. I never had a chance to go to an event.

Catch 'em all using legitimate methods, no trading, no codes, nothing? Nope, never tried. Once I got my Dream Team for PvE, I never gave a thought to the other Pokemon. But, using action replay codes? Yup, all 200+ for Gen II and I. <3

I have a copy of Blue that has 149 of the Pokemon but I'm pretty sure I bought it used at a Gamestop. I won the Gamestop lottery, I guess. The only Pokemon that's missing is Electabuz, I think. I don't know why anyone would sell a game that's so close to completion. As for the rest of the games.

I actually did fill my pokedex in yellow when I was like 11 or 12. I had a rich friend that went to a pokemon event and had a legit mew with a certificate and he traded it to me. It was sooo epic!
