Spirit Tracks Can't Get on the Train!

I have just completed chapter 3, the spirit tower pt 2. I should be on my way to the snow realm but wehn I go near the train Zelda does not appear so I cannot get on the train. Any suggestions? I have gone out of the room and come back, restarted and nothing has helped.

Try talking to the lokomo girl i think you use her to leave the spirit tower

Yep you always have to talk to the woman first when you wanna leave the Temple. She will help you to get on the train because she will direct you to the right way to get there
