Breath of the Wild 2 questions

Playing through this, and I have 2 questions.

1 - Is there anything that tells you how many shrines you've beaten? This would be handy. I know there's the spirit orbs, but you trade them in, and I know they're listed on the map once you activate them, but I don't wanna tediously count them all myself. Is there a log for this?

2 - Blood moon - do the enemies return only during the blood moon period, and then disappear again? Or do they return FOR GOOD, and don't disappear until you defeat them again?

1. When he game loads (ie during fast travel) it lists on the top right how many shrines youve beaten, how many rupees you have, how mant korok seeds you have and divine beasts.

2. They come back for good.

No, those seem to happen much faster.
