For toilet hand introduced in the DLC??
Ha! Great idea! I though many times about that hand, but sadly it was nowhere to be found. With what seemed to be outhouses behind some of the houses in the villages, I hoped it might be in one.
But yeah, the letter is just a token of completion like Hestu's gift and the mini-boss medals. I wouldn't say it's like the 120 shrine gear though because at least that has a use.
