After grabbing the Champion's Leathers first thing off the great sky island, I went straight to Hateno so I could dye my archaic snow boots black and get the hylian hood with the hood down. I have achieved peak fashion once again. Too bad I had to invent cheese to do it. :grean:

I'm getting ready to start a new game, but before I do I've been playing with my dream home again. Whatever I make is about to be erased anyway, but I wanted to test ideas for my next run.

Have you checked all of the groves in the Depths? Every forest with a name has a grove with a name directly under it in the Depths.

I had called out sick from work today, and I managed to use my time wisely. Every korok seed is now accounted for, and the map is now at 100% completion. Yay! It only took almost 400 hours, which is actually less than the 500 it took me the first time with BotW. I found 902 of them on my own...

Finished slaying every giant boss. All that remains is 98 koroks... assuming I didn't miss a location name somewhere.

Played for an hour tonight and found 3 more koroks. I'm up to 896. I'll use a guide finally once I hit 900, Im thinking. Also I have now officially overfilled Hero's Path. It only took me 370+ hours.

I'm at 889 koroks now. So close to 900 without using a guide or the mask... also only have 10 giant bosses left, 5 of each talus and hinox. Hero's Path is almost completely full, too...

I needed a change of pace from F/SR so I hoped back in Tears for a bit. I found two more giant bosses (17 left to go) but no new koroks yet, though I haven't really been looking. I went back to Hateno to mess with my dyes a bit more.

I hit 860 koroks so I matched my record from botw. I wanna see if I can hit 900 before I start using guides...

Spent a few hours roaming the Depths looking for giant bosses I missed and found five. So I'm down to 14 of both Taluses and Hinoxes. I also reached 817 koroks. It's pretty funny to stumble upon one on a path I've treaded dozens of times before but still somehow missed.

After covering most of Lanayru and Necluda, I'm up to 785 koroks with no guide and without using the korok mask. My record was 860 in botw iirc. I want to beat that...

Up to 744 koroks now. 18 remain of both Taluses and Hinoxes, too. And I just hit 90% map completion. About to comb through the Tanagar Canyon more thoroughly.

Using Hero's Path to find places I haven't explored yet. Thanks to that I've been finding a couple of my missing giant bosses and several more koroks. I'm up to 727 now. Also gradually working on upgrading all of my armors for the sake of it.

Now that I finished Persona 5 Strikers I dove right back into TotK. My god I missed it. Spent some time wandering around Lanayru and found about a dozen koroks I'd missed. I plan to finally seek out the rest of the Addison signs soon.

There's some treasure in there. It's been a while since I did that so my memory is fuzzy on how I got inside but there's definitely a way in there.

Nothing, unfortunately. Gotta go for raw damage there.

I already have such a thing. I have used it to fight gleeoks before... But they usually break it pretty quickly. A trusty savage lynel bow and keese eyes of the appropriate element are more efficient for me.

Did some dragon farming and more exploring today. After all that Persona, I desperately needed to come back to this game. I missed it a lot. I'm closing in on 700 koroks and I found a few more Taluses and Hinoxes I didn't beat yet. Also farming lynels and soldier constructs so I can upgrade...

If you've been keeping track of Hinoxes, they're one of the best sources of weapons. By your current point they might have already scaled up to having exclusively royal weapons.

Went on a giant boss hunt and I wiped out all the Flux Constructs, Gleeoks, and Froxes. I had previously already done all the Moldugas, so I only have Taluses and Hinoxes left, 29 and 24 of each respectively.

Been spending a lot of time just running around and exploring any spaces of the map that don't have any Hero's Path lines yet. I'm almost at 600 koroks. Also trying to see if I can find all the Addisons without a guide. I feel like I've gotta be close to getting them all done by now.

Spent most of the day fine-tuning an airship build. It's too heavy to fly so I decided to put a floating platform on the bottom of it. So now it won't fall but it won't move, either. I wanna test to see if a construct head will make it turn to allow the cannons and lasers to aim better.

I just finished the game! My God, what an amazing ride that was. I have so many thoughts that I need to gather coherently elsewhere at some point, but yeah. TotK new favorite Zelda. So, game clear at 205 hours. I missed 4 side quests. Map completion is at 80.69%. Gonna figure out which quests...

Got every lightroot and all the old map treasures. There's nothing left standing in my way now. Tonight... I will finish the story.

Last night I finished all the side quests, found all the wells, and got all the caves and bubblfrogs. Just got every old map today, as well. The only thing left standing between me and the final boss now is getting every lightroot and all of the treasure from the old maps. :)

Got all the shrines last night! My next goal is finishing all the side quests I can find, and then clearing out the Depths. Then I'll be ready for the final boss.

I maxed my inventory today! You actually need less korok seeds to do that than in botw. :ohno:

I visited every sky island and got every sky shrine, if my count is correct. 12 shrines to go.

Next on my list of things to do is the Lomei Labyrinths. They were one of my favorite parts of BotW so I'm excited to take a crack at em. I've been saving them for when I was in a good position to do all of them back to back.

If you want to upgrade the Purah Pad you gotta bare minimum do the first Depths quest for Josha. It's definitely useful. Came in clutch for me on many occassions.

As of last night, I've completed all the main story quests and am set to take on the final battle! ... except I won't be doing that for quite a while yet. I won't be satisfied to take on the ending until I've completed every shrine, every quest, and every lightroot.

Finally made it to the Gerudo Desert today, the last of the regional phenomena for me.

I hit 9 batteries and got the stuff together to max the Champion's Leathers yay! I'm off to Zora's Domain next, my third regional phenomenon to investigate.

Completed my second dungeon and am now going to *try* to hunt for the Master Sword. I've got no idea where it is, so I might as well check the place it was in BotW... Korok Forest is next on my list to visit.
