Once you get a feel for the game, I think its a great thing to do. Especially if playing through the game normally gets too easy. Its nice to have a challenge. Trying to play the game with only three hearts also causes you to put more technique into the game, which makes you a better Zelda...

Majora's Mask was the first Zelda game I ever played, and its the game that got me into the series. Its really a toss up between the two for me, but I just enjoy OOT's story more, so I'd say OOT is my favorite.

I'd say Ganondorf from Oot, maybe just because its how I first got to know the character. Hadn't yet played any Zelda games with him in it. His attitude also seems a bit different from himself in any of the other games.

Zemen makes some really nice points, and I think I'd throw TMC right after SS on my timeline mainly for the fact that I can't think of any other reasonable place to throw it. So until some further clues comes about, I think thats the most reasonable spot to put it.

I'm not really sure why people would think Twinrova was difficult. All you had to do was stand there, hold up your shield, absorb and unleash her attacks, then slash. Pretty basic.
