The whip race is a mini game in [[The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks]]. In the north east area of Whittleton Village there is a man standing around. Lay down 50 rupees and he'll let you play a game. Ascend the tower with the [[whip]]. If you finish in under ''1 ''30 you'll be rewarded with a bomb bag upgrade. Try again and get a time of a minute and 15 seconds you'll get a Heart Container.
