The owner of the Fishing Pond in Lake Hylia. He is constantly scratching his armpit. He hosts the Fishing Mini-game where Link could get a Heart piece or a Golden Scale by breaking fish size records. When Link use the rod on the Owner during Ganondorf's reign, he has gone bald unlike when Link first met him in the past, when he had a full head of luscious hair.
