'''Moonlit Grotto''' is the third [[dungeon]] in ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages|Oracle of Ages]]''. [[Link (Oracle Series)|Link]] locates this dungeon deep within the [[Crescent Island]] in the Present, home of the [[Tokay]]. The actual dungeon itself sports two floors, the designs of which are remarkably similar to crescent moons, which incidentally is where the dungeon got its name. Link faces the miniboss, [[Subterror]], about halfway through the dungeon. Later, Link does battle with the boss of the dungeon, [[Shadow Hag]], where he applies the newly obtained [[Seed Shooter]] to the best of his ability. In the end, Link comes out on top, winning the [[Essences of Time|Echoing Howl]], the third of the [[Essence|Essences of Time]], as well as a [[Heart Container]].
