In Twilight Princess, Armos statues somewhat resemble the Moai statue of Easter Island, while wielding both a hammer and shield. They appear dormant at first appearing like wooden sculptures, but come to life with blue streaks of light across its body when Link comes near. They move around by hopping and deal half a heart of damage when striking. Link can destroy the Armos by using the Back Slice on the gem located on the Armos' back. Other ways to destroy it are the clawshot and the Ancient Statue's hammer. They are found in the Cave of Ordeals and Temple of Time.
