To complete this quest head to the library in Hyrule Castle to find the recipes for Fruitcake and Monster Cake. Make either for Gotter, and he will reward you with a silver rupee. The recipes are as follows:

The Princess's Favorite - Fruitcake - Any two (or more) different pieces of fruit - Tabantha wheat - Cane sugar

The Chancellor's Favorite - Monster Cake - Monster Extract - Tabantha Wheat - Cane Sugar - Goat Butter
