If you break enough rock in your way, you'll eventually come to stairs that lead you to the Bubbulfrog (-1352, -0242, -0016).

There is a tablet through a crack in the wall if you go ali g the outside wall to the right of the stairs. Unsure how to get to it or if it is a forgotten undeveloped part of the game.
