	Talk to the ~~construct steward~~ next to the river to ~~get a side~~ quest. Grab a nearby Frost Emitter, go to the edge of the river and create 3 ice platforms. Bring them back to the ~~place of the steward~~, light a campfire and melt the platforms to the size corresponding to the holes in the wall in the shape of a "♦". Once the quest is complete, you will gain access to the shrine.		Talk to the [[Steward Construct]] next to the river to start the [[Keys Born of Water\|shrine quest]]. Grab a nearby [[Frost Emitter]], go to the edge of the river and create three ice platforms using it. Bring them back to the construct, light a campfire and melt the platforms until they match the size corresponding to the holes in the wall in the shape of a "♦". Once the quest is complete, you will gain access to the shrine.
