The Desert Colossus can only be reached in two ways, a warp song and a ghost guide. [[Link]] uses the ghost guide to get there at first, but since he is an adult he cannot do much and learns the [[Requiem of Spirit]] by [[Sheik]] to be able to return there when he is a child. The Colossus is home to the Spirit Temple, the last place Link goes to in order to awaken the last sage, the sage of Spirits [[Nabooru]]. Not much is known about this mysterious desert other than that it is home to the Spirit Temple and The Great Fairy that gives Link [[Nayru's Love]].
