In order to reach this passage, Link will first need to have completed one of the major dungeons in Hyrule. The dark breakable walls are not breakable by explosives, and thus must be broken by throwing a weapon capable of breaking destructible rocks at them, as there is water directly in front of the breakable walls, preventing melee attacks from breaking the walls initially.
