They are only visible to children and cannot be seen by adults. In ''[[The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap|The Minish Cap]]'', the people of [[Hyrule]] tell legends about the Picori. When Link rescues [[Ezlo]], the once Minish sage turned into a bird-like cap that Link wears, he gives Link the ability to shrink down to Minish size. This turns Link into a very small Minish-sized being, which allows him to interact with the world in a very different way. Link's ability to turn Minish heavily affects the story and gameplay, being a major factor throughout ''The Minish Cap''.
