All of these tablets start on star shaped sky islands, at the coordinates there should be a star shaped island above you. When stepping on the center to take a picture of the tablet several will detach and begin to fall to the ground. At least one will fall into a chasm directly below, others will just crash to the ground. If you're quick enough you can take the picture before the platform starts falling too fast. Many of the star sky islands can be reached by launching into the air using a Skyview Tower and gliding or paragliding to the sky island.
