It's simple, Write the color you see above you, not the color you read. Then change the color of the color your writing.
Here's an example:
Yellow
Now I read "yellow", but I see grey. So I'd write "Grey" but in a different color. like this:
Grey
Just please don't use white as it'd be hard to see.
