Will Triforce Heroes Have Online Multiplayer With Strangers?

I know that it has online multiplayer but is it locked to friends or can you play with strangers?

You can play with strangers. It's just more limited than playing with friends. As far as I'm aware, playing with strangers locks you into the four levels for a specific area theme. If you want to change themes, you have to leave the lobby and find a new group of randoms.

You can indeed play with strangers. But the stages selected depends on a random vote, so just be wary of that. Overall this game will be better with friends online. But playing with strangers is definitely possible.

Hm. Interesting. Well, I guess that'll change wether I get the game or not. The reviews are so awful but it looks fun...
