Which Side Do You Sleep On?

I personally sleep on my right side most of the time since I prefer to face the wall instead of out towards the room. I'll occasionally sleep on my left when traveling. I refuse to sleep on my back though, hah, I'm terrified of getting sleep paralysis. And stomach sleeping is uncomfortable for me.

What about you guys?

oh, when I say sides I mean like which direction you face, not like, the left or right side of the bed, hah. I sleep on a twin.

I used to switch between left and right side pretty freely but I read that the left side is better for acid reflux so I almost always sleep on my left side now.

Side sleeper. Mostly on my left, but past two nights I've had a crick in my neck so I had to sleep on my right side.

I sleep on my back. I can sleep on my sides but I just prefer my back.

the only way I can sleep is my stomach, with one leg stretched out and the other one bent up. one arm under the pillow and the other up by my face. the direction I face changes throughout the night but I tend to face to the right more. literally cannot sleep in any other position.

I used to sleep on my stomach, but I’ve heard that’s really bad for your back. I already have scoliosis so that’s a no for me, as comfortable as it is.

I literally went to bed with this thread on my mind. I tried sleeping like Meesh said she does and I fell a sleep pretty fast.
