What Do You Keep in Hero Mode?

I was originally just going to ask if you kept the upgraded shields, but I decided to just ask about everything you kept to get all my questions answered. So anyway, What do you keep?

your collectibles and playtime collectibles = bugs and materials

AND you also keep your skyward strike upgraded :-)

yah you keep the true master swords version of skyward strike haha, but it get's better... =)
