It's been quite long since I played SS, but I still remember some of these fairly clearly. I really love the song that you play in the Harp Jam, even if the mini-game itself is not the best, the song really elevates it for me. Thrill Digger also has great music!
But gameplay wise.... hmm... maybe clean cut, or the coaster?
