Dunno what the heck is wrong with the people that run the messageboard sections for IGN and Neoseeker and bluray.com but its like they have a personal vendetta against people who try to sign up on the websites' forums on a shared computer in a computer lab room at an apartment building.

Its like the website manging people act like one person at an apartment is signg up multiple accounts or some BS.

Its really frikkin annoying.

Well, that is price you pay when you used public wifi. If someone logs into school wifi and gets IP banned from editing Wikipedia then everyone who attempts to edit Wikipedia via that connection will have their access revoked.

well that's effin stupid for the website managers to do something shady like that where they ban people like that. its unfair and wrong for them to do crap like that if youre using a computer that is used by everyone else

That's the price you end up paying for using a shared or public Wi-Fi connection. If you use a VPN you should be able to bypass any sort of IP block.

and where the heck am i supposed to find a keyboard that has a VPN button?
You're sort of stuck if you're only accessing the internet through a computer lab unless the computers there let you run applications from a flash drive or something without administrator permission.
