The Creepiest Thing in Any Zelda Game?

Wow, where do I start? There's so much. Aside from the OoT/MM Great Fairies, I guess my number one fear is the Elegy of Emptiness (MM) and all that surrounds it: For example, Ben. *quakes in fear*

I agree completely. That statue creeped me out more than anything else in any Zelda game. It's even creepier than Tingle in Wind Waker.
