Are these 2 Gerudo "Koume and Kotake"?

I guess it’s possible. I don’t recall whether I’d actually heard it confirmed anywhere. But it wouldn’t be the first time a small detail like this was put in - in Wind Waker, Ganondorf’s two swords apparently have their names on them. But I doubt that they’re the same ones, or that it matters much if they weren’t important enough to get any dialogue or anything.

The Confirmation of their existence may or may not open up new "Canon" datums in the timeline and the application of them in the use of theory development.
Since "Totk" is so new, its yet to be discussed by many communities,
I believe its good to get these bits of information out to the ZD community.

I'm uncertain, but there is a lot of evidence pointing to it or some sort of reference to them, given the patterns of their outfits & the ruby & sapphires on their heads. I thought it was confirmed in the leaked art book, but I don't own it so I haven't confirmed a clear picture with my own eyes on that. (could have been fake for all I know; rather hard for me to find right now).

I think they are but I can see the apprahation around the theory. To me the evidence is quite strong but then again I wouldn’t be surprised if they weren’t.

If it is true, doesn't it mean that then Totk is tied to Ocarina, and the theory that Botw/Totk is tens of thousands of years in the future is true?

It was confirmed that's Koume and Kotake in Tears of the Kingdom Masterworks.

When the book released in Japan it was easy to find images of the pages and translations of the text, but Nintendo cracked down on it. I'm sure if someone looks hard enough they could find translations and images that are still out there though. The book hasn't been released outside of Japan yet, but probably will get localized by Dark Horse eventually.
