I gave away the horse harness you get from a stable with reward points to a woman outside the tent who needed it along with me fixing her wagon.
Now I need a horse harness for a mission but have no idea how or where to get another horse harness ??

it's another costume like the bridle and saddle, go to customize horse and it should give you the harness option
