No, they are completely different games, with different stories, worlds, and gameplay. However, once you have beaten both of them, you can link them with a GB link cable and get some extra content. Another thing to note is that each one focuses on a different part of Zelda gameplay. Seasons focuses on combat, while Ages is more puzzle heavy.
