Quake Medallion

My friend needs to get to Turtle Rock in A Link to the Past, but he cant find the Quake Medallion, I know that its near a bunch of rocks and you throw an item at a fish monster, and I told him, but he can't find the pond. So please tell how to reach the pond because I forgot, so I can then tell him.

Look at your map and go to the spot where you would normally visit Syrup and you'll most likely reach him.

Or it could be the (wooden) bridge south of the Pyramid.

You know the upper- right most of hyrule? where you got the zora flippers?

It's there but in the upper right of the dark world
