Thanks! ^_^ To get the overlay border, here's what you do.
1) Create a new layer the same size of the image.
2) Windows>Select>All
3) Windows>Select>Shrink (2-4 pixels)
4) Windows>Select>Invert
From here, stroke the selection with a large brush. Make sure the brush setting is on overlay, and use a color relatively similar to the color of the image. There you go!
