After you return to Kakariko Village as an adult, and do the Well, there's a guy on top of the lookout tower, looking back and forth over the village. He says "Look at me! I'm on top of the world! It really bothers me to see anyone at a higher level than I am! I have to be on top!"
Is there anything to be done with this guy, or is he just there to encourage you to look around and see what else there might be to do in the village?
You can't knock him down. The only place higher is the windmill, and I longshoted into the upper room where the Cucco is.
