He put it back in his pocket " you must know a diffrent person that goes by the same name... what is this "docter" you know like? "

He looked confused " What is a Time Lord? and what do you mean by "death follows him" ?"

"Time Lords don't die, the reincarnate. And wherever he goes... at least one person dies."
