Breath of the Wild NPCs and the Blood Moon

Was reading about BotW stuff online and came across an interesting tidbit. Apparently some NPCs have a reaction before the blood moon happens. For example, the guy at the Dueling Peaks stable who is interested in the moon has a strange reaction right before the blood moon appears. And apparently there are others too.

If what I read is true, who or what are the other NPCs that have a similar reaction?

I've never seen anyone react to it besides the moon-obsessed guy at dueling peaks stable. NPCs just kind of accept it as part of every day life because it's been going on for 100 years.

I'm never usually around people when it happens. BotW is a lonely place.

Hino doesn't really react to it unless you actually ask him what the moon is, though. No one else seems to react as far as I'm aware.
