Does anyone where know where the 16 digit code is on the back of the 3DS Prepaid card?

Yes, on the back of the Prepaid Card you should see a bunch of this weird silver filligree. If you scratch it off (I recommend using a penny; the stuff is hard to get out of your nails), you'll find that oddly hidden [in all honesty, it is to protect Nintendo from piracy] 16 digit code just waiting to be inserted into your 3DS.
