Currently building a fancy Mansion in my Beta 1.7.3 World, pretty much done with the exterior, save for the windows and second floor walls. here's a quick look:

Not necessarily. You can get blue dye from cornflowers too.

Cornflowers don't exist in Beta 1.7.3. in fact, the only flowers that exist in Beta version 1.7.3 is roses and dandelions.

I may have a problem with the build, my computer was making a weird noise after it froze, and now it won't turn on. I fear the hard drive might be fried. This is going to put my build at square one.

I got an idea, but it involves pixel art on the floor and maps. Can maps even be placed on the floor? The first part of it though looks pretty easy with lime and green wool.
Yeah, I’m not using map art. I’m already putting enough effort into this as is. I used bamboo blocks for the green part though.
Treasure Chest game is done. Took some creative liberties on the entrance area.
