Links Awakening DX on the 3DS?

I was reading on a site that the Virtual Console would be released with the 3DS and it would include Link's Awakening DX on it. Is this true? Is the Virtual Console releasing with the 3DS?

Look at the 3DS official website, Click on the tab that says "Virtual Console" or something along that line. You'll see a screenshot from LA DX.

It's confirmed going to be a Virtual Console launch title, but the Virtual Console isn't going to be available until May or so. There'll be an update that sends out the VC.
