Hot or Cold Showers?

Nothing much to say, hot showers when cold, warm when hot, or cool at times but surely not cold.

I know cold showers are supposed to be better for you, but I just can't deal with it. Hot all the way. My hair care routine necessitates at least 10 minutes and I don't wanna subject myself to that much time in cold water.

Hot for sure. The only time it's warm is when I've run the water a bit too long

Cold is a nightmare. I get cold easily in general so I want showers to be the one time I actually feel comfortable without layers of clothes on pft. Which means turning the temperature as hot as I can take it.

Nothing like cold showers at 0700 after a 1 hour long PT to get you set up for the day

Hot showers are more comfortable and maybe better for cleaning you afaik.

Not sure why I'd torture myself with a cold one.

It varies. I usually take warm showers when the weather is colder, but when the weather gets hot and humid (Like it does in the Summer in North Carolina.) I like to take cooler showers. I really only do cold showers for one reason only and that is to cool myself down after a nice long relaxing schvitz in the Sauna and Steam Room at the gym I am a member at after my workout.

I prefer baths. I shower first to get clean and then bathe in a hot relaxing bath aftewards with some relaxing music or rainfall sounds.
