A question from me is how is Ganon's Castle in Wind Waker? I have much evidence that can go against this.

Adult timeline: In OoT Ganon destroys his own castle and it is never seen again- In WW it appears even though Ganon only just broke the seal placed on him.

Child timeline: In OoT Ganon is arrested and is unable to build Ganon's castle- In TP he rules Hyrule Castle and Ganon's tower does not exist.

In the child timeline Ganon cannot build Ganon's Castle and it is destroyed on the adult timeline. In WW Ganon's Castle is sinilar to OoT's.

Gohma- Fire barrier
Kalle Demos-Forest barrier
Jahalla-Shadow barrier
Molergra-Spirit barrier

How could it exist in WW when it's destroyed in OoT?

"Ganon's Tower" is a different structure than "Ganon's Castle." Ganon's Castle (which was built like a castle) was destroyed at the end of OoT, but WW's backstory says that Ganon returned to reconquer Hyrule. It's assumed that sometime during this period before the flood, he constructed Ganon's Tower (which was built like a tower).

An interesting question. Ganon's Castle is destroyed in Ocarina of Time but Ganon's Tower is there in The Wind Waker. In case you haven't noticed, the exact same thing happens with Hyrule Castle, except for the fact that both the old structure and the new structure are called Hyrule Castle. Both these structures exist in the underwater Hyrule of The Wind Waker logically because they were rebuilt. The Wind Waker doesn't follow directly after Ocarina of Time. We know there's at least one hundred years in between, only a small section of which is required to rebuild Hyrule's Castle. Ganon builds a new tower when he escapes the sacred realm, before Hyrule is flooded. As for why both structures were encompassed by the little bubble (a rather big bubble, actually), I was under the impression that all of Hyrule was encompassed. Ganon obviously built his tower within Hyrule, this time down the road from the castle rather than in its place. Kind of similar to what he did in Ocarina of Time in that he doesn't build his castle exactly where Hyrule Castle was, except this time there's a greater separation in distance and Hyrule Castle is still intact.
