I was down on the beach, past Aris Beach having dispatched the hooligans there, and there are some defunct Guardians there plus one live one.
I found some chests that have to be got with Magnesis, a couple of the dead Guardians can be shifted/tipped, over using Magnesis on a chest, and then the Guardian will drop more stuff!
Tried it on ones on solid ground but it didn’t work!

Yeah, dead guardian husks on water can be lifted with cryonis for more materials. I guess you can also push them with magnesis if there's something nearby you can use for that.

Not something I ever knew about BotW myself, tbh. Interesting find! Certainly useful if you're trying to farm more materials.
