Favorite Potato Form

We all know potatoes are a fantastic food. What are your favorite forms of the glorious potato? French fries? Baked? Chips (or crisps is you’re british I think)? My personal favorite is mashed. Mashed potatoes with some butter and maybe a little salt is heaven. I could eat a whole bucket of just that. Do not sully my mashed potatoes with gravy, it must be butter only.

I love sweet potatoes in every form. Sweet baker covered in butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon is amazing.
