I always liked Molgera's Battle Theme. Windfall Island and Outset Ilands always puts me in a wonderful mood. The Credits also appeals to me a lot. Since the Wind God's Aria and the Earth God's Lyric bring the song together and puts me at a Celtic mood. =w=

Dragon Roost Island - an instant favorite from the first time you heard it
Great Sea - When I think of Wind Waker, this song is what pops into my head. I agree with Erebea in that it captures the theme of adventure perfectly. When you are sailing and it becomes morning and the intro for this song hits, it's just epic.

For some reason I really dislike Molgera's Theme

Credits Theme
This is one of the happiest credits themes I've ever heard. Although not as happy as Majora's Mask's in my opinion, it's still pretty awesome.

I like Dragon Roost (hooray for cliches), Outset Island, the title theme, and Molgera Battle, but my favorite is probably the mini-boss theme.

Dragon Roost Island, the Great Sea, and Molgara battle are all great pieces of music, but like CrazyHookshot, my favorite would have to be the Mini-boss music. It's so sweet.

The entire music sequence at the second Forsaken Fortress visit is one I always liked.. I always thought that, if you stretch your imagination a bit, that music could be used when Link fights an entire army of Ganon's. And wins.

My favorite single track is the Ganondorf Battle theme.
