I liked Cragma. He was the only fight that really felt like a boss, and he was the only boss I had any trouble with at all. Not saying I had much, but I did find most of his attacks pretty difficult to avoid.

I love ST, its my favorite 2D Zelda game. Here's my 5 Top boss battles list:
5. Phytops- This battle was hard and you used the whip quite a bit. It was climatic trying to get up to the top to see what the heck was up there.
4. Cragma- This boss was really fun shooting at and added some bit of maturity with lava falling out when you shot him like blood.
3. Bryne- Very cooperative, fun battle. Seeing him like that really added to his character.
2. Demon Train- It was a ton of fun, near the end he was behind you and started moving again. This made me go, and it was fun shooting fire into his face till he stopped.
1. Malladus- A lot of fun, music is incredible in both phases. It was great having to stab the Lokomo sword into his head.
