I have started to plan the sequel to A Fairy through the Ages, and if you do not want to be spoiled on some of my ideas then don't read them, but if you don't mind I would greatly appreciate some feedback on what I have planned so far for my story. FYI I am aiming for about 3 - 4k words per chapter. I am also aiming to do some worldbuilding for BOTW such as religion and expanding the cities and cultures for the other species in Hyrule and I would also appreciate some ideas.
Fairy of the Wild

After resting for a night, the Duo then set off north for Zora’s Domain.

Cities and Populations:

Zora’s Domain: The Domain would be centre of the city, but built into the water, the cliffs, and on spires connected by pathways would exits hundreds of Zora homes. There are also small Zora settlements spread all across the area from the south of Akkala, to the many Lakes and Rivers around the Lanayru Region. Population: around 5000

Goron City: Very decentralised with Gorons living in caves all around Death Mountain, though the city used to be in a cavern in the Era of the Hero of Time, but over the many ages, and combined with volcanic activity, the Gorons mined out the cavern until it became exposed to the elements. In addition to the busts that are already there, one also exists of Darunia. Population: around 2000 in the city itself, but the vast majority of the Goron population lives all around Death Mountain.

Rito Spire: Rito Village has been renamed to Rito Spire, and consists of the main Spire which has around a population of a 100 Rito, and a dozen smaller spires spread around the area that have populations from about 10 – 70 Ritos. The vast majority of the Rito population instead lives in houses built into the cliffs below the Spires. The Rito also possess, a collection of half a dozen settlements to the north on Hebra mountain. Population: 3000 in the Spire area itself, with 500 spread to the north in the Hebra region.

Gerudo City: The most populous city left in Hyrule after the destruction of Hyrule Castle Town. It consists of three sections. The Inner City where most of the business of the City takes place. The Middle City where the vast majority of the Gerudo population lives, and the Outskirts where a large amount of foreigners reside for trading purposes with the Gerudo. Voe are allowed to enter and reside in the Outskirts, but are forbidden from entering the Middle or Inner City, where only Vai are allowed. Gorons are excluded from the rule due to having no gender as a species and only identifying as males. Population: around 10000.

Tarrey Town: One of the more popular and faster growing Hylian settlements, it resides in the east to Akkala, with the main section of the Town existing on an outcrop, while a large section is built to the east of the Outcrop as well. Population: around 1000.

Kakariko Village: A small village that exists in a valley north of the Dueling Peaks. It consists of almost entirely Sheikah. One of three major Sheikah tech labs is also maintained in the Village. Population: around 300.

Hateno Village: The largest major Hylian settlement that still exists in Hyrule, it was mostly spared from the Calamity and is protected from monsters incursions by Fort Hateno to the north west. The survivors of the remainder of the Hylian army that retreated to the south to protect the Princess, after the Calamity set upon and maintained a small military force to protect Hateno, and mans a small village that has setup around the Fort. Population: around 1500 in the village, with another 200 at the Fort.

Lurelin Village: A relatively small fishing settlement that exists on the coasts south of Hateno, it is well known for being the second best place to get fish in Hyrule after Zora’s Domain, and trades a lot with Hateno Village and provides a large amount of food for the region. Population: around 700.

Lake Hylia: The largest Zora settlement outside of the Domain. It exists all around the lake, and is the third largest fishing centre in Hyrule. The settlement has been maintained by the Zora for millennia stretching back to the legends of the old times when a sacred Zoran temple had resided in the Lake. Population: around 500.

As for things like the Shrines, Koroks and sidequests.
Shrines: apart from the Great Plateau and Ballard of the Champions Shrines, they are all gone.
Koroks: still there in the world but they won't be finding seeds
Sidequests: most gone, but some will remain.

I also have a plan for Trial of the Sword to change it into a boss rush instead where Fi summons foes from many previous Links to test BOTW Link.

Once again I would greatly appreciate both feedback and Ideas.
