Do You Work Out?

No, ain't nobody got time for that.

In my book; 1-2 hours of your time a few days a week is a very cheap price to pay for god knows how many years of a pro-longed and healthy life, don't forget that you also look better when staying active and not just sitting at home all the time. ;)

For three months straight, I worked out at least three times a week, doing ‘body pump’ and ‘fitness’. I followed a special diet, etc. I did all of that so that I would be in good shape to start Wing Chun. I was looking for a good school. Unfortunately the good school was quite a distant away, and I became quite ill for several weeks.

I still am a lot better built now. Think track ‘n’ field figure. I am a ballet dancer now, too. My thighs are pretty strong, so I can jump pretty high.

I actually don't mind being a fat glob of nothing... jkjk I rarely workout because I spend all my time eating, working or online...
